Strawberry, Peach and Pear Crumble- United Kingdom
Note: Econorm is heat sensitive and foods should not be cooked/heated after it has been added.
- 75g /3 oz strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 large , juicy ripe peach, skinned, stoned and chopped
- 1 large ripe pear, peeled, cored and chopped
- 2 Tablespoons boiled rice
- 1 Sachet Econorm
- Put the fruit into a small, heavy based saucepan, then cover and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Mash the boiled rice till it is soft.
- Blend together the fruit with the rice till it forms a puree.
- After it has cooled, mix in one sachet of Econorm and serve.
