Apple and Sweet Potato Puree – USA

This tasty blend of apple, sweet potato and other vegetables is a vitamin rich option for weaning babies.

Important Note : Econorm is heat sensitive, and foods should not be heated or cooked after adding Econorm.

Ingredients

  • 225g peeled carrots, sliced
  • 100g  peeled apple, diced
  • 350g peeled sweet potato, diced
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 Sachet Econorm

 Method

  1. Put the vegetables and apple into a saucepan.  Add the water, cover and bring up to the boil.
  2. Simmer for 15 minutes until soft, then whiz until smooth using a hand blender.
